I have been tutoring math for 9 years, and my passion is helping students truly understand the subject, not just mimic what they’ve been taught. With a background as an electrical engineer and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the field, math has always been my favorite part of engineering. After my daughter went to college in 2015, I began tutoring math at her school, and in 2020, I started my own tutoring business to reach more students, both in-person and remotely. My greatest joy is seeing the moment when a student finally grasps a concept—they light up, and I know I’ve made a difference.
